Ingredients -
3 cups crab meat
5 cups cooked pasta
½ cup sliced green onion
1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
1-½ cups sliced celery
1 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1-½ teaspoons salt
2 Tablespoons orange juice concentrate
2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
11 ounce can mandarin orange segments, drained
1 teaspoon ground mustard
⅓ cup vegetable oil
2 kiwifruit, peeled and diced
1 cup mayonnaise
Preparation:
Combine the pasta, crab, onion, celery, and fruit in a big bowl.
Mix the salt, orange juice, vinegar, mustard, oil, and mayonnaise in another bowl and stir this mixture into the big bowl with the crab.
Cover and chill for 3 hours.
Toss the almonds into the crab salad just before serving.
