Simple Shrimp Crab Salad

This simple shrimp crab salad is so easy anyone can do it. Just mix your seafood and let it marinate in Italian dressing and lemon juice and you will be rewarded with a light, refreshing seafood salad. You can use the tiny bay shrimp or larger shrimp if you prefer. This simple salad can be made ahead of time so you can have time to prepare other dishes for your meal. Let the salad take care of itself.

Serve this delicious crab salad recipe as an appetizer or side dish. It could also be a main dish for lunch if you served it with some fresh greens or bread. Garnish it with slices of cucumber and lemon, cherry tomatoes and fresh lettuce leaves for a lovely presentation. This salad definitely makes the most of your seafood. Shrimp and Crab Salad

Ingredients -

1 pound cooked small shrimp, peeled and deveined
¼ pound crab meat, shredded
1 cup Italian dressing
2 Tablespoons fresh parsley, finely minced
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Preparation:

Combine the shrimp, crab, dressing, parsley, and lemon juice into an airtight container. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for several hours to marinate.

Serve the salad on lettuce leaves, using a slotted spoon to remove excess liquid.
