Ingredients -
1 box linguini, cooked
1 cup crabmeat or flaked imitation crab
2 green onions, finely sliced
½ tablespoon lime juice
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
1 bottle Italian salad dressing
2 tablespoons sour cream
½ cucumber, finely chopped
½ red chili pepper, finely chopped or ½ tablespoon dried chili
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Prepare the pasta according to package directions. Drain and run cold water on it to cool.
Add the chopped vegetables to the cooled pasta.
Stir in the crab, lime juice, chili, cilantro, sour cream, and salad dressing.
Season to taste and chill in the refrigerator overnight. Adjust the seasoning or dressing if necessary and serve.
